This page explains how to request deletion of your 2CCs account (“2CID”) and the Bullseye data associated with it. You do not need to sign in to make a request.
There are two options. You can close your account entirely, or you can have specific data deleted and keep your account.
Email twoccsco@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Bullseye account”.
Send it from the email address you used to sign in to Bullseye. That is how we confirm the request is yours — we cannot action a request for an account we cannot verify you control.
You will receive confirmation once the deletion is complete.
Email twoccsco@gmail.com with the subject “Delete some of my Bullseye data”, from the address you sign in with, and name which of the following you want removed:
| You can ask us to delete | What happens |
|---|---|
| Cloud-saved game progress | Scores, statistics, challenge and level progress, in-game currency, unlocked items and power-ups are erased from our servers. Your account stays open and starts fresh on the next cloud sync. |
| Leaderboard entries | Your entries are removed from the global, weekly and arcade leaderboards. You can still post new scores afterwards. |
| Multiplayer history and rating | Match history and your rating are erased. You can still play multiplayer. |
| Profile name and avatar | Reset to defaults. Your sign-in and account remain. |
Your email address and sign-in record are kept, because they are what keep the account open. To remove those too, use Option 1.
Requests of either kind are actioned within 30 days. Backup copies are overwritten on a rolling cycle and are fully purged within 90 days of the request.
| Data | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Account | Your 2CID sign-in record, including your email address and the internal account identifier linked to it. |
| Profile | Player name, avatar, and the record connecting your 2CID to your game account. |
| Game progress | Cloud-saved scores, statistics, challenge and level progress, in-game currency balance, unlocked items and power-ups. |
| Leaderboards | Your entries are removed from all global, weekly and arcade leaderboards. |
| Multiplayer | Your match history, rating, and any lobby or presence records. |
| Data | Why | How long |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase and transaction records | We are required to retain records of real-money transactions for tax and accounting purposes, and to handle refunds and chargebacks. These are kept in a form tied to the transaction, not to your game profile. | As required by law, typically 7 years |
| Anonymised and aggregated statistics | Counts and totals that can no longer be linked to you or to any single player. | Indefinitely |
| Crash and diagnostic reports | Held by Google Firebase Crashlytics under its own retention schedule and not linked to your account. | Up to 90 days |
Deleting your account does not cancel or refund purchases, and it does not remove them from your Google Play account. Refunds are handled by Google Play, not by us. If you later reinstall Bullseye and sign in to Google Play with the same account, previously purchased non-consumable items — such as the Full Game — can still be restored.
Bullseye also keeps progress locally on your device so it can be played without an account. That local data is not covered by this request, because we never receive it. Uninstalling the app removes it.
A 2CID is optional. If you have never signed in, we hold no account or profile data about you, and there is nothing for us to delete — uninstalling the app is sufficient.
